Use Asetone on figurines (not super glue or any other glue type) . Take a small brush or earstick and dip in Asetone, gently apply a bit of Asetone on the broken part, then repeat the process on the other broken part. Join/ hold the two pieces gently together with a light pressure. The asetone reacts as a cement type bond and will joint the parts like if it is "welded" together and will be stronger as new.

Certain Super Glue will use best for buildings.

You can if you want to, however we would not recommend as the color of the figurine , once all clothing and detail has been painted the unpainted flesh areas will present itself as natural human flesh color which will look realistic and safe time. Should you wish to change the ethnic group color we would use the color of choice and paint the flesh areas last.
